This encompassed the following works:
- Excavate base to survey RL
- Pour 50mm blinding layer for culvert base
- Form, Prep and Pour 200mm thick concrete culvert base slab with box culvert rebates to meet MRTS70 concrete and MRTS71 steel re-enforcing.
- Pour 180mm thick concrete road tie-in across box culverts to meet MRTS70 concrete and MRTS71 steel re-enforcing; concrete works included:
- Tie beams
- Anchor/thickening beams
- Dowelled construction joints
- Saw cuts
- Joint sealant
- Curing compound
- Stone/rock pitched headwalls
- Complete roadside batter stabilisation and rock armouring
