We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and well-rounded individual to join our company as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will work across government work projects in the Northern Rivers Region of NSW.

The Project Manager employed will ensures the successful delivery of projects and develop strong working relationships with our clients and work force. They will also need to be able to schedule works, maintain project documentation along with being able to change schedules as needed for priority works.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1.  5+ years industry experience
2. Relevant formal Degree qualification in Engineering (Civil, Structural), and/or Project Management
3. A high level of capability and competency in Project Management
4. Experience in scoping, planning, organising and directing activities concerned with project works
5. Experience in Government & Civil infrastructure

KEY AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Be able to undertake all project management related activities with minimal guidance
2. Foster a culture in line with our Company values and maintain client relations
3. Preparation of all project documentation and high-level reporting
4. Liaise with clients with regards to project expectations, options and outcomes to ensure quality results and delivery
5. Demonstrate accountability for project outcomes / costs
6. Set up, record and monitor project milestones along with ensuring quality controls are adhered to and maintained
7. Assist in maintaining quality management systems by working within our ISO certified Intergrated Management System; and
8. Mentor and develop other team members.
