This year we’ve had a number of staff successfully complete training and obtain qualifications in the following areas;
- Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
- HR Truck Licences
- Safe Load and Unload
- GC 21 (Government Contracts)
- Alternative Dispute Resolution
- First Aid and CPR – All staff
We also have staff, in both our Fabrication and Civil Divisions currently underway with their Apprenticeships / Traineeships in;
- Certificate III in Boiler Making / Welding
- Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
All staff take on training with positivity and a commitment to on-going learning and development, further adding to the combined bank of knowledge, skills and qualifications within the DEKACON workforce.
