This encompasses the following works to achieve high-quality outcomes;
- Site preparation works
- Excavations: cut and fill
- Formwork, steel fixing of mass footings for abutments and load cell support rebates
- Installation of conduits for load cells to weighbridge station / office and remote display monitors
- Placement and finish of concrete to detailed design specifications
- Installation of cast in end abutments, mid deck supports and bollards
- Construction of weighbridge decks
- Pour and burnish finish concrete weighbridge deck
- Installation of approach and departure ramps to meet weighbridge specifications
