- Installation of powder coated black and galvanised security type fencing to playing fields
- Installation of 3m, 8m and 9m high Back Nets
- Form and concrete Cycle / Pedestrian Pathway – 770m in length
- Completion of 756m2 concrete carpark extension
- Demolition and removal of redundant buildings
