Sporting Facility Redevelopments

DEKACON (formally Civilcrete) was engaged by Lismore City Council to undertake the civil construction works for the re-development of Albert Park Baseball Fields.

This encompassed the following works to achieve a high-quality outcome:

  • Site drainage works
  • Install of buried and surface finished pits
  • Install of sub-soil drainage to free drain surface water to buried and surface finished pits
  • Installation of flush points along sub-soil drainage
  • Concrete swale drain, in-situ formed concrete headwalls
  • Place, compact and screed root zone sand
  • Place, compact and finish sweep clay and running lanes
  • Place and compact sub-base drainage rock to warning track
  • Installation of powder coated black and galvanised security type fencing to playing fields
  • Installation of 3m, 8m and 9m high Back Nets
  • Form and concrete Cycle / Pedestrian Pathway – 770m in length
  • Completion of 756m2 concrete carpark extension
  • Demolition and removal of redundant buildings
