This encompassed the following works to achieve a high-quality outcome:

Manufacture / construction under licence of mass concrete blocks designed by QS for the purpose of constructing high strength load out bin separation walls, retaining wall system for ROM construction
Mass excavations for concrete footings / fixed plant bases
Installation and laying of direct laid electrical cables, conduits for communications
Installation of poly water delivery pipework inclusive of electrofusion coupling welding
Operation of onsite concrete batch plant capable of 100m3 of N40 concrete per hour
Form, steel fix, place, pour and finish concrete: – slabs up to 300mm thick, pedestals, plinths, wheel stops, heavy equipment workshop plus other specialized concrete works
Construct and install haul truck axle weighing scales
Other construction projects to enhance quarry operations
